FAQ

Booking Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Deposits are transferable if you need to reschedule. To cancel or reschedule, please email rosboutique01@gmail.com 42 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • If you are sick or feeling ill, please stay home!!!!!! 

  • For privacy and safety purposes, I ask that you please do not bring anyone other than yourself to your appointment.

  • I accept CASH ONLY (if you have already paid your deposit it will go towards your service).

  • You will be given a 15min grace period, if you are 15mins late there will be a $10 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. No call no shows will be charged 50% of your service from card on file

  • Location will be sent via email and text message 1 day before your appointment.

Shipping

-All billing address must match the shipping address; If the billing does not match the shipping address we will send you an email for order verification. You will be asked to respond to the email verifying the billing information within 24-48 hours(2 days), if you fail to do so in that time frame a full refund will be issued back to cardholder. If the shipping and billing address are not the same, you will be asked to attach a photo of yourself holding your photo I.D. along with the physical debit card you are purchasing with. Please note that the name that appears on the photo I.D. must match the name on the debit card. We try our best to protect our team along with our customers from fraudulent activity.

Our products are shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days after purchase (2 business days for payment process + 2-5 business days for delivery); with an exception of preorders. 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

-Custom requirements are different for each country. Please learn about the Customs processing for your Country. Customs clearance issues may cause delays at destination. You, the buyer, are responsible for any and all custom duties and/or taxes that apply. We indicate all consignment items as used and declare the value. We also declare that the item is purchased merchandise. We can not declare as “gift”. (Certain exceptions may apply).

 

* Note that our Estimated Transit Times do not include potential delays in clearing customs of the destination country. Please contact your local post office and/or customs office if your package is delayed.

Returns

-To all of our valued customers, all sales are final after checkout. By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to abide by Ro's Boutique LLC's policies.
